Returns and Cancellations
To cancel an order you must notify us via email only, by midnight of the day of purchase with your name, shipping address, reason, and phone number included in the email. Notification must be received by midnight of the day of your order. 1-year warranty on craftsmanship and parts: If item needs to be shipped to us for repair then we will pay shipping. You must contact us BEFORE shipping it to us to give a report on what’s wrong with the item so we may take the best course of action in order to resolve the issue(s). We have a 90-day return policy and only issue store credit for all returned items. Item must be returned in original packaging and in original condition. Buyer pays shipping. You must contact us for an RMA number BEFORE you return the item to us. No exceptions. Failure to do so will result in a 10% administration fee.

Terms of Sale

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Nephilim Skulls International product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Nephilim Skulls International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Nephilim Skulls International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nephilim Skulls International shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
