How do I return an item?
To cancel an order you must notify us via email within 24 hours with your name, shipping address, and phone number included in the email. Notification must be received within 24 hours. No exceptions.
1-year warranty on craftsmanship and parts: If item needs to be shipped to us for repair, then we will pay shipping. You must contact us BEFORE shipping it to us to give a report on what’s wrong with the item.
90-day return policy: Buyer will receive store credit for returned items. Item must be returned in original packaging and in original condition. Buyer pays shipping. You must contact us for an RMA number BEFORE you return the item to us. No exceptions. Failure to do so will result in a 10% administration fee.
