 The
Anunnaku were in essence the “Watchers” who were assigned
to the planet earth to watch over Yahweh's (God's) Creation and the Garden
of Eden in the Earth. They were originally created by God as powerful
Angels but later rebelled against God and rejected their assignment. A
full-blown mutiny followed as they abandoned their God-given mission
to oversee and protect mankind and instead choose to defile the women
of the earth by having offspring with them (Genesis 6:4)
This
catastrophic perversion led to a defect in the DNA of the offspring and
eventually nearly led to the complete contamination of the human DNA structure.
This DNA mutation made these offspring into wicked giants known as Nephilim,
or Nephilium. By the time Yahweh (God) was forced to destroy the world
with a global flood, because of this contamination, only one family on
earth was left with pure human DNA (Noah's family).
But
even after the flood, the Watchers continued their mutiny and therefore
even more of them were punished and cast out of heaven losing their first
estate and habitation (see Genesis 6:4, Jude 1:6, 2 Peter 2:4, 1 Enoch
6:1-8, Jubilees 4:15-24). Even today, this corrupted hybridization of
the human DNA structure is still very much a part of our modern world
although the giant defect has been corrected and therefore the hybridization
largely goes undetected. It now usually surfaces as inborn psychic &
paranormal abilities, unusual intelligence [1] - and six fingers/toes,
double rows of teeth, the occasional horned skull [2], and inborn propensities
for wickedness. And until, and up to, approx 3000 years ago the descendants
of the original offspring were still showing up with unusually large brains
and therefore had unusually shaped craniums to house such a brain. These
beings were often the political, spiritual, and scientific leaders in
their communities.

This
understanding is a less popular understanding, although growing quickly.
The pioneering researcher responsible for much of this understanding is
Zecharia Sitchin (born 1922), who is an author of books promoting an explanation
for human origins involving "ancient astronauts".
Sitchin
attributes the creation of the ancient Sumerian culture to the "Annunaki",
a race of aliens from a planet he calls Nibiru, which he states is an
elongated, elliptical orbit in the Earth's own Solar System. He asserts
that Sumerian mythology reflects this view.
According
to this interpretation of Sumerian cosmology, there is an undiscovered
planet which follows a long, elliptical orbit, reaching the inner solar
system roughly every 3,600 years. This planet is called Nibiru (the planet
associated with Marduk in Babylonian cosmology) –. The understanding
is that Nibiru collided catastrophically with Tiamat,
an ancient planet located by Sitchin between Mars and Jupiter. This collision
is understood to have formed the planet Earth, the asteroid belt, and
the comets.
Tiamat,
as outlined in the Enûma
Elish, is a goddess. According to Sitchin, however, Tiamat was what
is now known as Earth. When struck by one of planet Nibiru's moons, Tiamat
split in two. On a second pass Nibiru itself struck the broken fragments
and one half of Tiamat became the asteroid belt. The second half, struck
again by one of Nibiru's moons, was pushed into a new orbit and became
today's planet Earth.
It
is understood that Nibiru was the home of a technologically advanced human-like
extraterrestrial race called the Anunnaki in Sumerian myth, who are also
believed to be the Nephilim in Genesis. It is believed that they first
arrived on Earth probably 450,000 years ago, looking for minerals, especially
gold, which they found and mined in Africa. These "gods" were
the rank and file workers of the colonial expedition to Earth from planet
Nibiru. Sitchin states the Anunnaki genetically engineered Homo sapiensHomo
Sapiens as slave creatures to work their gold mines by crossing extraterrestrial
genes with those of Homo erectus. And, the result were supernatural-like
beings which had the capacity for psychokinesis, which aided them in their
work. The
skull we, at Nephilim Skulls International, possess is said by the proponents
of Sitchin to be the skull of one of these amazing hybrid creatures.
Sitchin
has found ancient inscriptions that, he believes, shows that human civilization
in Sumer of Mesopotamia was set up under the guidance of these "gods",
and human kingship was inaugurated to provide intermediaries between mankind
and the Anunnaki/Nephilim. Sitchin states that fallout from nuclear weapons,
used during a war between factions of the extraterrestrials, is the "evil
wind" that destroyed Ur
around 2000 BC. Sitchin claims the exact year was 2024 BC. This event
is described in the Lament
for Ur.[1] Sitchin claims that his research coincides with many biblical
texts, and that some biblical texts come originally from Sumerian writings. |
